SBP 002: A New Racing Strategy: Sleep In and Skip Warm-Up

How many hours of sleep do you average every night? What about the nights before a meet? In this episode I try to make sense of the meet tradition that says swimmers should wake up early to swim in a cold and crowded pool hours before their race. After analyzing it I came up with a much better solution: skip warm-up.
